LLB:

LLB stands for Bachelor of Law. The admission for LLB course is based on CLAT Examination. If you score good percentage in CLAT Examination then you will get admission in reputed colleges.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

The applicant should be completed graduation in any stream from recognized university.

The applicant should be score min 55% of marks in graduation relaxation is applicable for sc/st candidates.

The admission for LLB Course on the basis on merit list.

CLAT stands for Common Law Admission Test. It can entry level examination for Law course. It your aspiring to apply for this examination then you should be citizen of india.

You should qualified in 12th standard with 50% of marks any discipline from recognized university.

Your age should not more then 20 years and relaxation is applicable for sc/st and OBC candidates.

So there is no restriction for any stream for pursuing 11th and 12th standard in order to be eligible for Law Exam.

you can get admission in LLB course after Intermediate examination, but for this you have to apply for the CLAT(Common Law admission test). If you have scored good marks and rank in CLAT, then you will get admission in top Law colleges of India.

After Intermediate examination you can take admission in 5 year LLB course.

It is an all India entrance test conducted by 14 National Law Universities for admissions to five-year integrated under-graduate and post graduate degree programmes.

To apply for this examination for 5 year LLB Course, you have to complete your Intermediate examination with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent qualification from a recognised Board, Final year appearing candidates are also apply for this examination.

You should not be more than 20 years in case of General/OBC candidates. 22 years in case of SC/ST and persons with Disability. If you have fulfill the above mentioned eligibility criteria then you are eligible for CLAT Entrance examination.

The examination is objective and the questions is asked from these areas, so please prepared well for this exam as per the pattern and then apply for this examination.

Exam Pattern:-

=> English including Comprehension
=> General Knowledge/ Current Affairs
=> Elementary Mathematics (Numerical Ability)
=> Legal Aptitude
=> Logical Reasoning.

After clearing this examinations with good marks ,you will be able to get admission in good law colleges.

The duration of LLB after 10+2 is five years but after graduation is just three years.
